Kevin Cremi, IACCP®

As Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Operations, Kevin works with other RTD Financial employees to ensure all processes are as efficient and effective as possible. His responsibilities include managing the firm’s Compliance Program, billing, data cleanup, completing ad-hoc projects, and researching and implementing various software. Kevin is tasked with managing the firm’s Cybersecurity Policy to ensure all data is safe and secure. He is an Investment Advisor Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®). Kevin has a lot of experience in cybersecurity, operations, and compliance.

Before starting at RTD, Kevin had multiple internships, including one with RTD, in the Operations Department. He started at RTD in 2019 after graduating from Temple University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He is heavily involved in committees at RTD and is the co-chair of the RTD Values Committee and the chair of the Compliance Committee and the Innovations Team. The biggest highlight of his career is helping RTD become more efficient so that the firm can better serve clients.

Kevin was born in Douglassville, PA and recently moved to Leesport, PA. He lives with his wife, Emily, and corgi, Benji! He is the third oldest of 12 kids! He enjoys playing baseball, basketball, and golf. Some of his hobbies include reading, hiking, walking, bowling, and eating.

What do you enjoy most about working at RTD?

The amazing culture – we are such a close-knit family.

What makes you good at what you do?

My attention to detail. I love to make sure everything is as clear as possible, down to every word.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received?

Never stop learning. There is always something that can be done to further your career and your knowledge.

What are your passions outside of work?

I love spending time with my wife, friends, and family. I’m also passionate about reading and physical activities such as pick-up sports games, hiking, and golfing.

What did you want to be when you were growing up?

I wanted to be the second baseman for the Philadelphia Phillies.

What’s the most exciting vacation you’ve taken?

The most exciting vacation I’ve taken was to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I had never left the country before that, and it was an absolute blast.
