As Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer at RTD Financial, Kevin Cremi oversees the firm’s Compliance Program and manages day-to-day operations to ensure processes are both efficient and effective. He also leads the firm’s Cybersecurity Policy, safeguarding sensitive data and maintaining information security best practices. Kevin holds the Investment Advisor Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) designation.
Kevin began his career with RTD as an intern in the Operations Department and joined the firm full-time in 2019 after earning his Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University. He plays a key role in RTD’s strategic initiatives and serves on multiple internal committees—he is co-chair of the Values Committee, chair of the Compliance Committee, chair of the Innovations Team, and sits on RTD’s Leadership Team. One of the highlights of his career has been driving operational efficiencies that enhance the client experience.
Originally from Douglassville, PA, Kevin now lives in Leesport, PA with his wife, Emily, and their corgi, Benji. He is the third oldest of twelve siblings. In his free time, Kevin enjoys playing baseball, basketball, and golf, as well as reading, hiking, walking, bowling, and trying new foods.

My attention to detail. I love to make sure everything is as clear as possible, down to every word.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received?
Never stop learning. There is always something that can be done to further your career and your knowledge.
What are your passions outside of work?
I love spending time with my wife, friends, and family. I’m also passionate about reading and physical activities such as pick-up sports games, hiking, and golfing.
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
I wanted to be the second baseman for the Philadelphia Phillies.
What’s the most exciting vacation you’ve taken?
The most exciting vacation I’ve taken was to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I had never left the country before that, and it was an absolute blast.
