Giada currently serves as an Investment Research Analyst at RTD Financial, where she evaluates investment strategies, supports portfolio management, and performs fiduciary monitoring of funds. Prior to this role, she was a Senior Finance & Operations Specialist at Tempest in Philadelphia, where she led financial reporting, developed revenue forecasts across multiple business units, and performed margin and trend analysis. Earlier in her career, she completed a Controlling internship at Porsche Cars North America, contributing to annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and capital budgeting analysis.
Giada holds a Master of Science in Financial Analysis from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Tennessee Tech University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is also a former NCAA Division I soccer athlete.

Work hard, stay curious, and never stop learning. The moment you think you know everything is the moment you stop growing.
What do you love the most about working in investments?
I get to stay up to date with all current market events and relevant economic, geopolitical environment.
What are your passions outside of work?
I love staying active – soccer, tennis, skiing, and running keep me energized and focused both on and off the job.
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
I grew up playing soccer and wanted to become a professional soccer player!
