As The Director of Talent Management, Willie is responsible for the training and development of everyone at RTD. To achieve this, he works with firm members at all levels to identify areas of growth, training opportunities, and ways to improve how the teams work together. This includes supporting a thriving team culture by nurturing, encouraging, and fostering a culture that inspires people to thrive. Willie works with RTD employees to resolve issues at the lowest level, develop creative solutions to ensure everyone can focus on their objectives and reach their full potential. Additionally, Willie assists in developing and implementing human resource policies and ensures that RTD complies with Federal and state labor laws. He is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR®), and Professional Management.
Before starting at RTD, Willie worked at AUI Power in the role of Project Manager Support. Willie also served in the United States Air Force for 22 years as an Aerospace Propulsion Craftsman before becoming a Human Resources Manager. He started at RTD in January of 2024 after working at AUI Power for 16 months. Willie graduated with a bachelor’s in human resources management from the University of Mount Olive in 2016. The biggest highlight of his career is helping RTD become more efficient so that the firm can better serve clients.
Willie was born in Oxford, England and has lived in several different states across the US. Willie recently moved to Elkton, Maryland. He lives with his wife Amy, and four of his six children. Willie is the youngest of four children. He enjoys going on hikes and biking with his family.

One of my mentors taught me that striving to reach the minimum will always have you barely making it.
