Getting to know Rutuja
What do you enjoy most about working at RTD?
Keeping all our clients’ portfolios in balance, year-round, which can be quite challenging, given different client goals and market conditions. I also really enjoy the people at RTD! They are some of the best people I’ve ever been able to work with.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received?
Be nice to others. Treat others the way you like being treated. Try to be the best version of yourself and work hard!
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
I always had a feeling I’d become an accountant when I grew up. Both of my parents are in accounting; I always got to hear a lot about debits, credits, payables, receivables and of course, money, while growing up.
What’s the most exciting vacation you’ve taken?
In 2018 I went on a vacation to Italy and France with my cousins. We visited Florence, Venice, Rome, Nice and Paris. Amongst all, Paris has been my top favorite place so far because of the twinkling lights on the Eiffel Tower.
