Getting to know Magdalena
What do you enjoy most about working at RTD?
People genuinely care about each other and work together as a team. They listen and help in any way, shape, or form. This company realizes that their employees are their greatest asset and will go out of their way to help you reach your goals!
What makes you good at what you do?
I’m known for being reliable and always doing my best to ensure our clients feel supported, no matter what questions or needs they may have.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received?
Believe in yourself and never give up on your dreams!
What’s the most exciting vacation you’ve taken?
Taking a trip to Poland in 2015 and seeing family for the first time since leaving at the age of three. It was quite an adventure as not only did I get to see my closest relatives, but I also traveled in every city through Poland.
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
My dream career was to become a Family Practitioner. As a child, the idea of being a doctor seemed exciting because it meant helping others. While life took me in a different direction and I started a family of my own, I now find fulfillment in caring for my loved ones—playing the role of ‘doctor’ at home.
