Getting to Know Mackenzie

What do you enjoy most about working at RTD?

What I enjoy most about working at RTD is the people. It’s wonderful to come to work and be surrounded by a team that genuinely encourages each other and puts so much care into their work.

What makes you good at what you do?

My background in customer service has provided me with high attention to detail and effective communication skills. I enjoy connecting with clients and working with a team to provide excellent support and service to our clients.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received?

Focus on what you can control; the rest isn’t up to you anyway.

What’s the most exciting vacation you’ve taken?

The most exciting vacation I’ve taken was when me and a few of my close friends did a 10-day backpacking trip through Paris, Rome, Venice, Barcelona, and Amsterdam. It was a whirlwind of a trip, but we saw so many amazing sights, ate some great food, and made a lot of memories. I would love to go back and spend more time in each of those cities.
