As an Associate Operations Analyst at RTD Financial, James is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. James’ main roles include assisting day-to-day operational processes, researching and integrating cutting-edge technologies related to automation, AI and machine learning and leveraging data analytics and visualization to extract insights for informed decision making.
Prior to RTD, James had several internships, including one as an Operations Intern at RTD. He holds a Master’s in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics from Saint Joseph’s University, complemented by a Bachelor’s in Finance and Economics.
James was born in Geelong Australia, and lived in Sydney and Canberra, before moving to Philadelphia in 2019 on a soccer scholarship. He loves travelling and has been to five continents! Outside the office, James enjoys playing sports, traveling, reading, and trying new foods.

What do you enjoy most about working at RTD?
Definitely the people, everyone is so kind and hard-working and there is a real sense of family and a shared goal which makes coming into work every day a lot of fun.
What makes you good at what you do?
Curiosity and the desire to improve and learn more, there are always new and exciting technologies and information available which is exciting.
What are your passions outside of work?
I love to read, travel, try new foods, play sports and relax with friends.
What’s the most exciting vacation you’ve taken?
This is a tough question, but I think my favorite vacation was last summer. My girlfriend and I spent a week in Peru, and it was incredible. The food, people, and sites were all amazing. Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain were every bit as beautiful as the photos, but we also spent days exploring the town of Cusco, it’s markets and attractions, and the surrounding Valley. I could not recommend it more!
