Daniella earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Communications from the University of Vermont, where she was also a Division I lacrosse athlete. Her experience as a student athlete helped shape her strong work ethic, discipline, and collaborative spirit.
A lifelong resident of South Jersey, Daniella enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends in her free time.

What I enjoy most about working at RTD Financial is the team culture. Everyone is incredibly collaborative and supportive, and there’s a shared focus on delivering the best possible experience for our clients.
What makes you good at what you do?
Putting others first has always come naturally to me, and I bring that mindset into my work every day. I focus on being proactive, detail-oriented, and responsive, so clients feel supported and taken care of.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received?
The best advice I’ve received is to always put yourself in others’ shoes. It’s helped me stay thoughtful and proactive in my work and make sure I’m providing the kind of support I’d want to receive.
What personal accomplishment are you most proud of?
Playing Division I lacrosse at the University of Vermont is something I’m especially proud of. It reinforced the importance of teamwork, communication, and accountability; qualities that continue to shape how I approach my work today.
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
I wanted to be a veterinarian growing up because I’ve always loved being outside taking care of animals.
