Ashley was initially drawn to Financial Planning after developing an early interest in understanding people, solving problems, and building meaningful relationships. She believes financial planning is about far more than numbers – it’s about helping people feel confident, understood, and aligned with what matters most to them.
Ashley graduated from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, completing the CFP® Board Registered Financial Planning Program. As a Financial Planning Analyst, Ashley supports the team in delivering thoughtful, personalized guidance. She’s especially interested in the behavioral side of financial planning and enjoys helping clients gain confidence in their financial futures through meaningful conversations and tailored strategies.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys trips to the beach, international travel, staying active, and attending Philadelphia sports games and concerts. She values spending quality time with family and friends and is passionate about giving back to her community through volunteer work in Philadelphia.
Getting to know Ashley
What do you enjoy most about working at RTD?
The team environment. I grew up surrounded by teamwork through sports, school, and family, and RTD reflects that same collaborative spirit. It’s an open-minded, positive group where ideas are shared freely, feedback is encouraged, and everyone is aligned around a client-first mindset. It makes the work both meaningful and enjoyable.
What makes you good at what you do?
I believe my curiosity, strong work ethic, and passion for helping people are what make me effective in financial planning.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received?
Focus on what you can control and show up consistently.
What do you love the most about working in wealth management?
I love the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. Finances are deeply personal and being able to help people feel more confident in their future is incredibly rewarding.
What professional accomplishment are you most proud of?
Being selected as a recipient of the Charles Schwab RIA Talent Advantage Scholarship was a meaningful milestone for me. It strengthened my confidence in pursuing a career in financial planning and ultimately led me to RTD.
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
I wanted to be a psychiatrist, which ties to my interest in financial planning today. I’m drawn to the behavioral side of planning and how emotions and experiences shape financial decisions.
