The ideal candidate has at least three years’ experience working as a Client Service Representative for a financial services firm. Key Qualifications and Characteristics
The primary function of the Client Service Associate is to support a designated team of financial planners and to service our clients’ needs. This would include direct client contact on a day-to-day basis, facilitating account openings and transfers as well as other functions as required to maintain excellent relationships with clients, other firm members, and strategic partners.
This position requires attention to detail and proficiency in processing custodial forms and applications as well as requests to transfer funds on a complaint and secure basis. Responding to client inquiries and providing go to support for the team will be expected. An understanding of how to use a CRM is integral to this position.
