Dawn is an important member of our client services team. She serves primarily in our West Chester office, where she not only maintains the office, but she is also a first line of contact for clients. Dawn’s primary responsibilities include client relationship management, as well as supporting RTD’s various committees. This includes, but is not limited, to client outreach, scheduling appointments, assisting with the onboarding process, and preparation of necessary documents. Dawn also has firm-wide duties that include report preparation, document management, and fulfilling client requests. Her caring helpful demeanor, attention to detail, and respect for confidentiality are invaluable traits as she navigates through various support roles.
Prior to Dawn maintaining the West Chester office, she was a full time member of the Philadelphia office in Center City. She has extensive experience working with clients and enjoys contributing to RTD and the client experience.
